Let her who has eyes to see...

Did I see the Lord in this day? Yes, a thousand times yes! Was it spectacular? No. But thrilling? Yes. It begins with the pat on the backside in the morning. "Oh my gosh...it's 7 a.m.! Tim, we need to get up! The kids are up before us." Did I hear the shower in the girls bathroom go on at 5:45 a.m.? Yes. It was Pleasant one getting her shower early. Always prompt that one. Nearly always does what she says she's going to do. I come down the stairs in a stupor trying to find the tissue box and coffee pot to stumble on this beautiful sight. She's reading her bible, wet hair pulled neatly back in her head band. I see you God. I feel your kiss on my soul. "He shall be like a tree planted by streams of water..." Seeing her makes me want to do the same. I see you God. I see your work within a small frame. I see line upon line, precept upon precept. I see order and know that what you have begun will prosper and flourish in Your Hand. And I see that You've been at work while I slept soundly. Let me have eyes to see more.

"oh, bless the Lord O my soul, and all that is within me bless His holy Name." Psalm 103
